Browning Minced (Ground) Meat - how to get maximum flavour

I thought this would be a valuable mini-post, for those who like to pack in as much flavour as possible to their dishes!

About me...

I am a 38 year old mother of two, and I have been cooking for over twenty years, since being inspired by attending an International Cuisine cookery course at a college aged 15. My children are 10 and 11 and they love cooking with me, and there is a ‘Mr Andrea’ who loves eating my experiments and is a great ‘sous chef’ (that's me being cheeky - he cooks too!) and an inspiration to me every day. I work in a school with primary aged children mostly helping those with special education needs, as well as those in the gifted and talented bracket. I paint in oils, predominately painting canvases as gifts for my friends related to their interests (I've only kept one of my paintings!). I also play the piano (occasionally paid!) and I have post box red hair (long story) and a cheeky sense of humour and a lot of patience. Oh, and I’m obsessed with food, I think…

These dishes have been prepared with love for myself, my family and my friends and written up in detail making sure that you can re-create them just as I cooked them if you want to, and also change ingredients to suit your own tastes.
